I can’t recommend Lloyds Autobody highly enough. My car went through a write-off review process, and throughout it all the autobody team took real ownership of the situation. They didn’t just tick boxes — they genuinely cared about assessing the repair properly and considering whether the car could be returned to the condition it was in before the crash. A special mention has to go to Chris, who went above and beyond with communication. At every stage of the journey, he kept me fully informed, emailing and writing to me proactively so I always knew exactly what was happening. That level of transparency and reassurance makes a huge difference during what can be a stressful process. The team took extreme care in everything they did to ensure I received the best possible service. To top it all off, they even scoured the car for all my personal belongings I’d left inside and returned them to me securely with fast delivery — genuinely the cherry on top. Absolute legends.

I have had the pleasure of using Lloyds Autobodies in Manchester on five separate occasions over the past six years. All none fault accidents I might add, Chris the manager and Lee plus the whole team set the standard for what is expected in the quality and attention to detail not to mention professional attitude. In my work life I have a used car business trading for over thirty years so I know a little about vehicles repair. I would only ever use Lloyds for my own personal cars as their incredibly high standards show in the finished product. They have just completed a repair to my one year old Range Rover L460 that a van crashed into. The car genuinely looks better than new and the paint finish is literally perfect.
