LM Studio was a wonderful place to host our holiday party. It is a very spacious venue with a vibrant interior design that lends itself to a party atmosphere. What really stood out to us was the excellent service from the staff specifically Mary K and Denise. Mary accommodated our every request, is a great communicator, and incredibly helpful. Thanks all!

Hello! If you are looking for a review to help push you to book an event at LM Studio, please read this one! 1. Creating the agreement with their team was thorough and welcoming. I felt at ease asking questions about clauses, getting clarifications on items, and not once did I feel rushed to sign the contract. 2. After signing, months to the event there was a leisure with the planning process. Since the event I was planning was for a personal social event (birthday), I welcomed this easiness as I had my regular day job to tend to. Deadlines were clearly set and reminded by their events team early on. 3. The day of the event was just fantastic. Their team executed the event in such a way that I could only think of one word: Professional. The food was a HUGE hit amongst my attendees. Servers and bartenders were dressed well and held themselves respectfully. The event manager Shelby and the day-of event manager Savannah were very patient with me setting up the room and lighting. My overall experience was a homerun from start to finish. Not only myself felt that way, but also my vendors! I've seen venues treat vendors sometimes less than the party guests or the client. LM Studio treated my vendors with thoughtful respect that the vendors said they performed better through being at an ease with this venue. I wanted to give a special shout out to Shelby Genovese! She was an absolute joy to work with through out the entire process. Thank you, Shelby!!

LM Studio could not have been a better choice for our wedding day! Kristin, Shelby, and the whole staff were absolute rockstars, especially the week leading up to the wedding! They were so helpful, and since we didn't have a planner, I literally feel like I could not have done it without them. In addition to the team, the venue was absolute perfection. It was so beautiful, and getting married in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows with that view was absolutely magical. We're big Chicago people, so being so close to the park and just a quick ride to the river was amazing for photos. We were a little worried that it would be a bit tight, but honestly it was a great size for our guest count of 150 people. Our guests kept raving about the space and the food! I cannot have asked for a more perfect day and I would 1000000/10 recommend LM Studio for your wedding day!!!

We are truly impressed with this venue. It’s perfect for weddings, though it’s a bit challenging for us photographers and requires skill to set up the lighting just right. The atmosphere is lovely. As for the location, there’s no need to say much—it's an ideal spot on Michigan Avenue. Right across from it is a park, and if you want photos with the couple or bridal party, it’s very easy to achieve. Simply cross the street, and you’re in a park that has everything needed for fantastic photos

Paulette and the LM crew were a blast to work with. Not only was the food delicious, but the LM catering staff were beyond professional and on top of everything. The venue is also breathtaking. It's a perfect balance of intimate, modern, classic, but it has some artsy flair, art deco vibes, and some hidden wonders--many locations for some glorious photos. The venue itself has a perfect personality--hardly needs anything to elevate the space. It was the perfect blend of Mike and I's personality and perfect location for our wedding. The green room is also basically the size of a studio apartment with a kitchen, lounge, and dining table. Because the venue has two floors, it was the perfect space to host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. As a bonus, they have a partnership with a bakery which allows venue, catering, and dessert to be taken care of once booked!
