Roof replacement due to age, so insurance wouldn’t cover it. Travis worked with me on a fair price, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up on schedule and completed the entire job in one day. They laid out large tarps around the house to catch debris and were very respectful throughout the process. They left my yard spotless and even checked with my neighbor to tidy up any pieces that went over the fence. What I thought was rotted plywood turned out to be a loose fascia board. It wasn’t included in the original scope, but they had someone who could fix it right away along with a loose gutter, and it was all done with no delays. The project turned out great, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them!

I highly recommend LOA Roofing! My insurance company initially did not want to cover my roof replacement, but Matt Prall assured me not to worry and that he and his team would take care of everything. Matt kept me informed throughout the entire process and successfully got my insurance company to approve the claim. He came out the next day to explain everything in detail and create the work order. The crew arrived early the following morning and by the afternoon, I had a brand-new roof! They did an excellent job professional, efficient, and thorough. I will continue to use LOA Roofing for all my roofing needs!

With LOA’s help, we felt supported every step of the way Avis was honest, trustworthy, straightforward, and responsive! They worked efficiently, and our new roof was completed in less than two days. We recently had our roof and gutters completely replaced due to wind and hail damage, and cannot say enough positive things about LOA Roofing. Specifically, Will Christensen personally oversaw our project and his professionalism and attention to detail were evident from our very first conversation. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, timeline, and what we could expect at each stage. LOA made dealing with the insurance claim process incredibly smooth. Their roofing crew worked efficiently; no delays and they took care of every detail, from nail cleanup to debris removal. Throughout the entire project, communication was outstanding. Will was always available when we had questions and provided regular updates on progress. We would absolutely use their services again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

We recently had our roof replaced by LOA. Great company. Miriam Dover was very insightful with the.roof inspection as well as working and staying in contact with our insurance. We were able to get the roof replaced in a short time and all work was completed same day. Top notch company to work with from top to bottom. We were kept in the loop with everything from the insurance to the delivery of the materials. They went above and beyond to make this as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you LOA.
