LoadUp Junk Removal

Alexis did a great job as the lead hauler who removed 3 couches from my house today! LoadUp gave me a fixed price quote for the work, which clearly specified the costs. I scheduled the job only one day ahead of time. The communication was great, and the truck showed up exactly on time. The work was done in about 15 minutes and there were no extra charges. Everything was perfect and I couldn't be happier! The prices were super reasonable compared to "Junk" removal companies and places like Resupply (they add cost in later when they show up at your house).

I needed to have a couch removed before my new one was delivered. I set everything up online where their cancellation policy and how they work with guaranteed charges are explained. They arrived the next day in the morning (on time), and worked very quickly, but were mindful of my doors and other furniture. The two men were polite and courteous. I will definitely use them again while I downsize my household.

Outstanding process and service. From booking online and receiving a quote that was very fair through discussing the process by phone everyone I spoke with were very courteous and professional. It went even better after that they scheduled within our requested time frame and even moved it up to accommodate us. Each step of the way was communicated by text when they sent us the name of the lead person, Beau, for the pickup. This morning Beau contacted us a few times to let us know when they would arrive and they took the two chairs out efficiently. In addition, they were very pleasant and courteous. I got a call the same day as my couch pick up to confirm the appt and they did text to tell me they were running a little behind but were on the way. When the showed up they were very respectful and friendly and they were in and out in 5 mins. I appreciated the communication and friendliness! The price to me was reasonable after looking up other prices from other vendors- which with other vendors it was double the price!
