Had several door locks that were becoming hard to open…knob getting stuck, keys getting stuck, etc.. Called for Lock Solid to come out and take a look. They came out quickly and fixed the problem even faster.

Third times a charm. That's why this place has almost 100 more 5 star reviews than the last place that called themselves the highest rated locksmith in the country but was rude and hung up on me mid sentence. And the place before that who gave off a rude vibe and neither of which offered a basic service nor had a walk in location or a name that indicated they were mobile only. This place has both and offered the service I need and was nice. I don't write reviews TOO often except when a company is very subpar or handles business the right way. Being a business owner myself these things are very noticeable to me. Anyway, haven't even had the service performed yet (HAVING AN E BIKE KEY MADE IN CASE ANYONE NEEDS TO KNOW) but I can tell this place knows how to run a profitable business and the importance of Google reviews or reviews in general. As well as offering an array of services while being friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going up there. And especially glad that the firdt two places didn't offer the service I needed bc I have a feeling I would have left in a bad mood. Way to be "LOCK SOLID"

I own a business where I rent out my space from time to time to small groups holding events. One night the rental group wanted to get in my space over an hour earlier than they paid for. I didn't let them in so they called this locksmith company to pick the locks. This company didn't obtain a lease or get permission from myself, the owner, but let the group in my building. Essentially breaking and entering. When I called this company to ask what happened and why they did that and how upset I was, they gave me the run around, told me they would look into it and call me back but I never heard from them again. They're lucky I didn't press charges.
