They have been notified that a tree on one of their properties has fallen onto my in-laws property. It is being propped up by another tree and that tree is about to drop onto my in-laws pool pump, plumbing, and electrical lines to the pool they just have had replaced. It cost them thousands of dollars to replace and this company is just standing by I'm assuming waiting on their property to be destroyed before they do anything. Yes we have called as well as their tenants have called. This happened on Sunday we are almost to Wednesday no callbacks, no emails, no response of any kind. At this time we can only keep calling and hope and pray they respond and get this fixed before their property is completely destroyed.

Gerry is so wonderful!! He is so attentive to everything we need done around the house… and we usually need ALOT done around the house! He always has a good attitude and comes very promptly once we put in maintenance requests. He does a very great job!

There is no assistance from them for weekend issues, and all they provide is a combative AI agent for you to argue with you with no possibility to connect to a real human. This is very demeaning as a tenet
