Huge thank you to Tony and the delivery team. Found furniture which was better quality and price than expected, excellent quality service with really knowledgeable and friendly people. Delivery with absolutely no fuss. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amazing people known them for a long time won't shop no where else all the staff are a credit. And the furniture is super amazing at an excellent price. Do.truly recommend 100% :) thanks guys. Happy holidays..

Lofty’s is brilliant… I only have positive things to say. I’ve been in a few times now and struck gold lately with a Loaf Sofabed. The service has been impeccable from start to finish. From adding a reservation to the sofa until my partner could come in the next day to see it, to the can-do attitude re the delivery - everything was possible without fail. The delivery guys were polite, quick and left everything spotless. They removed the arms and back to ensure we could get the (pretty huge) sofa up the stairs in our fairly narrow Victorian terrace. From the get-go everything was easy. We searched high and low for a quality sofabed that ticked all the boxes and that we’d get upstairs without paying a fortune and (I can ensure you the options are limited) or if you want split frames or it to be flat packed, the price escalates rapidly. There was none of that with Lofty’s. Tony was a pleasure to deal with as were the delivery guys and the sofa is perfect.

A treasure trove of fantastic quality solid wood furniture, a good array of other furniture and lots of wool rugs at great prices. I visited for the first time recently and purchased this beautiful acacia and rattan sideboard. All of the staff, from Tony and his colleagues in the warehouse, to the delivery men, were great.

This place is absolutely amazing my biggest problem was too much choice !!!😁 I wanted everything!🤣 Very friendly, amazing prices for new furniture from expensive places. And to top this I got delivered for free the same day by really friendly and helpful guys . I couldn't recommend enough !!! Bought a sofa bed, a table and a beautiful big full lenght mirror and all this for the original price of the designer table I got ! So happy plus I was able to pay in 4 with PayPal credit ! Thank you so much !!!! Now my flat feel like a home 🥰 I was always planning to cover the sofa but it didn't actually need it ! So comfy too !!! ( forgive the mess on pics I just moved in :)
