From my very first phone call, Erick and Samuel went above and beyond to make sure the carpets in my home looked their absolute best and that I was completely happy. I reached out to them after a friend recommended their carpet cleaning services. Erick explained how their cleaning process worked, gave me a clear idea of the pricing, and we set up a time for them to clean three carpeted rooms in the house I was moving out of. One of the rooms was where my older dog used to stay, and I was really worried about the pet odor and stains.
