Having to get a new roof can be a costly pain but the minute we called Lon Smith Roofing all our worries faded away! Chris Janecka was our estimator and he could not have been more on top of all of our concerns. Polite and professional never treating us as if we were complicated or a pain. Our big concern was nails being left behind in the grass and workers smoking on the property. We were assured this would not be a problem and it wasn’t. The crew cleaned up every bit of debris each day they worked. Running magnet rollers around the surrounding structure multiple times a day. The crew on site went above and beyond to assist my wife when she needed near the area to retrieve stuff. They kept her, my son and all the animals safe while they worked. I was so impressed with the professionalism and customer support of this company I have requested them work on a second structure. It’s nice to know in today’s society there is still a company that honors Christian Values and offers Customer Service. Thank you Lon Smith Roofing

The Best company to work with! Chris Janecka was our inspector/estimator and he was wonderful to work with! Having a horse ranch our priority is the safety of the horses. Chris and the crew were very diligent at ensuring no nails were left on the ground. They meticulously covered the ground with tarps and cleaned every piece of debris up! I was in shock by the professionalism of the entire staff! It is rare to find a company that treats your property like it’s their own and Chris and the crew absolutely did that! I cannot brag enough about my experience with this company! Customer service is alive and well at Lon Smith Roofing! We will be customers for life! Thank you Lon Smith Roofing for the great job and treating us like family!

Terrible service, horrible roof job Thomas Kirkpatrick and Josh Brassfield have been unwilling to make the 2 year old roof job they did right after 3 competitors have come out and said the roof is bad and needs to be replaced. 30+ years the representative claims to have but says that he can't find evidence of any leak!? Why would the mayor of Fort Worth claim that this is the best roofing company in Tarrant County??, Doubtful with the evidence I have. No Faith, No Trust in this company ever again!

Updated: Lon Smith followed up with me and addressed all three of the issues I reported and I am very happy with the results. Because of this I’m changing my review from two to four stars. The quality of their roofing was in my view always top notch, I just had issues with the follow through this last time. I can report they fixed all the paint issues from the picture and it looks great. If you want a quality roofer, this is your company. All companies have issues it’s the follow through that matters and they made me very happy in this situation. I will use them again. Previous review While Lonn Smith does quality roofing work, the inspection, follow up and communication is not what it used to be and I’m dissatisfied with how my last three roofing jobs I did went with them. I have done multiple roofs with the company for properties I own in DFW. One of my houses they destroyed the brand new paint job on our back patio and failed to follow up on repairs. Another property they broke glass on a light fixture and after multiple promises to repair, nothing was done. I had a third property where Alan had promised to repair a roof tile for me, which was never completed. I emailed and texted many times and was made empty promises to repair the roof shingle. Do not sign any paperwork from the inspector until you are 100 percent satisfied, because once you do you can forget about any type of follow up.
