We took our 13 week old maltipoo here for her first groom and booked the puppy intro. As new pet owners, we were a bit nervous, but the groomer was reassuring and thorough in explaining the process to us, the facility was clearly clean and well equipped, and then afterwards it was clear our puppy had a really positive experience and came out looking excellent and wagging her tail happily without any signs of nervousness or fear!! We will definitely be back and would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good, calm, professional first groom for their puppy.

Terrible experience. When we picked up our puppy, it was obvious he hadn’t been properly cleaned. This is especially noticeable on a Bichon. His legs and tear stains were still dirty, his coat was still matted, and he was even damp when we got him back. I emailed the London Dog Grooming team but never received a reply. Absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing service.

I’ve been bringing my Cavapoo to Carriann at The London Dog Grooming Company for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment we arrive, Carriann makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. There’s always a thorough discussion about what I’m looking for, whether it’s just a bit off or full grooming session, and she listens to every detail. When my dog arrives, he’s always happy and calm, which speaks volumes about how comfortable Carriann makes him feel. The attention to detail that Carriann puts into each grooming session is incredible—my Cavapoo always looks amazing, with a perfect cut and a fresh, healthy coat. You can tell she takes real pride in her work. I’m always impressed when I pick my dog up—he looks fabulous every single time. The London Dog Grooming Company has definitely earned my trust, and I know I can always count on Carriann to make my dog look his best! Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The best groomer in London - their expertise with dogs especially with first timer puppies is outstanding. Louie returned to us as the happiest dog, informed us when we could pick him up again. Service, quality, everything 12/10
