Our dog has been cared for by London Woof for over 5 years. We use them for boarding whilst we are away. He always returns to us happy, relaxed and well fed (which is not always easy with our dog who goes off his food if he is unhappy). I am kept updated with daily photographs and he often looks like he is smiling in them! Thanks London Woof. I really feel that I am leaving our boy with people who genuinely love dogs.
We can’t recommend LondonWoof highly enough. They have truly been a game changer for us and our golden retriever, Holly. From the moment David arrives to collect her, it’s clear how much she adores him. Vera is absolutely wonderful with communication and organisation, which gives us so much peace of mind. Holly comes home happy, tired, and content after every visit, and we know she’s in the best hands while we’re away. We’ve even trusted LondonWoof for an overnight boarding, and the whole process was seamless. We came home to the same joyful, well-cared-for pup we always do. I also have to give a special mention to Inges, their incredible trainer. Holly is a very active, high-energy pup, and his guidance has made a huge difference – not only with her training, but with ours as owners. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, and he even takes time when he’s at the daycare center to check in on our progress and work with Holly. The progress we’ve made thanks to him has been remarkable, and we honestly can’t recommend him highly enough. It’s such a relief to have found a daycare where Holly is not only safe, but genuinely loved, trained, and cared for. We’re so grateful to David, Vera, Inges, and the whole LondonWoof team for treating her like one of their own.
I cannot reccomend LondonWoof strongly enough. My dog who hates getting in cars will run out to get picked up. He absolutely adores going in. On a long stay it was clear he was getting really well looked after and we got plenty of videos of him having the best time in the park. But he also loves the one day a week he does regulary too. Great staff, service and facilities. The best.
Our Labradoodle Charlie, has been a regular at London Woof for a few years now. He loves going to see his friends and the staff are incredibly kind and caring to him. When we are away and when Charlie is at London Woof, we get a photo and update almost every day, which provides us with the assurance we need that he is in safe hands. The London Woof team are the best and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any dog owner looking for day care for your dog. Nick
London Woof provides a wonderful caring service. Both our dogs enjoy staying at London Woof and we know they are well cared for by staff. Our dog rec'd an insect bite while we were on holiday and we were kept well informed as LW took all the steps to get him swiftly seen by our vet of choice - and all was resolved. We would definitely recommend London Woof to other dog owners.
