As always, they were very helpful. Jasmine helped me with having new batteries put in my watches and even fixing the links on one of them so the clasp would properly close. She was also so helpful in getting an heirloom ring appraised. I will always choose Long Jewelers.

As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Miss Dee. I was there waiting and noticed Miss Dee doing a fantastic job multitasking. It was a Saturday morning and very busy. I just wanted to mention her in my review. They're lucky to have her as an employee!! Also, watch link adjustment there was only $15 (for my watch). Cheaper than anyone else I called. Great Job Long Jewellers and especially Miss Dee. Will definitely recommend you to anyone.
