Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. They fixed my bracelet completely free of charge and in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be back again and I recommend this shop to anyone in the area! I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a ring to propose , I looked and looked and looked in the Williamsburg area , well,5.5 is a size that's not standard and nobody was really willing to go beyond we don't carry that size ... So , I saw a beautiful ad on marketplace wasn't a local meet but was a pretty ring so I just decided to message and a very pleasant woman by the name of Molly answered , and we have spoken for a few days , she sent me pictures of rings in my price range and was super helpful and very pleasant and patient cause I know nothing of nice rings and she does ! So, the biggest thing was that they offer instant resizing that day your gone with everything you need and prices are amazing. The people here are awesome and she led the sale perfect. I could say so much more but I gotta head back to Williamsburg ! I got the ring and she was as happy as I was. Very family oriented and very friends and fun , go see her ! Thanks again Molly

Our experience with Cindy was great! She got us exactly what we wanted, the experience was fast and simple. This store also has lots of selection and everything is beautiful. Highly recommend Adele Diamond.

AMAZING!! I purchased several customized items and a few retail pieces from Adele over the years and have been blown away every time! They made a ring and earrings with fire agates that I had for my mom as chistmas presents and always deliver on time. I just picked up my 2nd custom design engagement ring (I unfortunately lost the first). I love that I get a 3d rendering of the item and can tweak it to be exactly what I want. They will order multiple diamonds so you can pick the right one in person. And they match market price so you aren't paying the typical markup of other jewelers. So many wonderful experiences at Adele, making my dreams come true!

Marcus has been such an important part of our journey, and we couldn’t be more grateful for him! My fiancé got my engagement ring at Adele Diamond with Marcus’s help, so it was only fitting that we returned to get our wedding bands here. From the start, Marcus made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable, which was especially helpful since we’re both so indecisive! He genuinely looked out for us. He even saved my fiancé from getting scammed by another jeweler who was charging double the price for exactly what I wanted. On top of that, he took the time to explain payment plan options, making everything even easier. His honesty, patience, and expertise made such a difference, and we couldn’t be happier with our rings.
