This place tried scamming me today. I had spoke to a will on the phone. I told him what I had and we agreed on a price. He told me long as it checks out he’ll be able to pay me what we discussed on the phone. I know the weight and I know the clarity of my jewelry. Everything‘s been x-rayed so I know the clarity when I got there your scale was off and they had this machine that they were using for clarity very old technology as far as I’m concerned they didn’t even have an x-ray gun and then the price wasn’t what we agreed on. Beware I will never go back to these people again.

My fiancé and I went ring shopping at a few different places, and Tidewater Diamond was by far our favorite. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress free and everyone was very knowledgeable. I’m so glad my fiancé chose to purchase my ring here, it’s absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Tidewater Diamond to anyone looking for an engagement ring or fine jewelry.

My parents are celebrating their wedding anniversary and they collect Swarovski, so I went down a bit of a rabbit hole trying to track down one very specific piece that was showing as sold out on Swarovski’s website. When I Googled it, Tidewater Diamond came up as having it in stock, but since I’m in Arizona and the gift needed to ship to Michigan, I wanted to do my homework first. I sent a quick message through their “chat with us” after hours, not expecting much, and they replied as soon as the store opened. Because I had so many logistical questions, I ended up calling too and spoke with Will. He was was so easy to talk to, warm, and helpful. He didn’t rush me, answered everything, and even brought up details I hadn’t thought to ask. Here’s the twist...right before I placed the order with Tidewater Diamond, I checked Swarovski one more time and the piece was suddenly back in stock, so I grabbed it there immediately. What really impressed me was Tidewater Diamond still followed up and let me know it had sold out on their end, and they had already reached out to Swarovski and located one being held for them. I told them I had already purchased it, but wow - they went above and beyond...that level of effort and communication really stuck with me.The customer service was SUPERB!!!! Even though I didn’t end up buying from them this time, the experience felt thoughtful and personal, and despite living in Arizona, I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Tidewater Diamond in the future!

I have been passing by for years and finally stopped in. I have used many jewelers in the area, but can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Great inventory and very reasonable prices. I had an amazing experience with Rand and his team. Very low pressure, and I gained quite an education on what I was purchasing. Looking forward to checking out the new location in 2026.

We’re absolutely in love with our wedding set! Thank you to the entire team for everything you do. We’ve used them in the past for jewelry sizing and they always do an amazing job, so when it came time to pick out our wedding rings, we knew exactly where to go. We stopped by just to look and ended up walking out as happy (and very satisfied) customers! Highly recommend — great service, beautiful pieces, and a team that truly cares.
