Plus, he is funny, interesting and unfailingly positive while keeping his focus on the goals (strength, nutrition, cycling - whatever) of each client. Very accommodating. Very friendly. Great staff. I think its been almost two years. I've worked with Tyler mostly, he is quite attentive and knowledgeable. I was in a bad place. My movement and muscle mass had been eroding. Small injuries occured often, my balance was suffering and I was getting fatter. Longevity Lab brought me back from the brink. I still have a ways to go, but now Im more motivated, less depressed, and my outlook on existence is more positive.
