Took my blazer in to get dry cleaned and the lining had been torn and the jacket itself shrunk. Had some pants repaired and they did a pretty half ass job. Was expecting better for the $200+ service

They charged me $170 to shorten a skirt by 5 cm and make a pair of pants smaller. About 10 minutes after paying, I realized the price was too high and went back to cancel my order and request a refund. The lady said they would still keep 20% of the amount I paid, without explaining why… not recommending to go there for small alterations, it’s a ripoff.

If you like charity, then this is the place to go and give up your money. If your expectation is to have have a good and simple ironing then consider a different place because this one not only is triple price (total scam) but also they don't put effort in what they do. I feel absolutely robbed. As a business this shouldn't exist to be honest.

Took all my nice designer T shirts and polos in to get them dry cleaned and this is how they have been returned. I was told it would be $190 so I expected the service to be great. Everything needs ironing and the collars and sleeves are shrivelled - they look like I just got them out the machine. I would like a refund!
