I had been dealing with this company for over two years and everything seemed fine until the owner, Safa Hussain, left the UK to travel abroad for months. From that point, everything fell apart. On 27 June 2025, I loaned her £1,500 on the basis it would be repaid by 29 June 2025. Despite repeated reminders and even sending a payment link on 9 August 2025, she has not repaid me. I have only received repeated excuses and broken promises, while she continued travelling. This experience has left me with serious concerns about professionalism and reliability. Based on what I have observed, I suspect I may not be the only person waiting for repayment. I strongly advise others to exercise caution before dealing with this company

Hired Loola clean team for a end of tenancy clean and they did an excellent job. They also cleaned the flat I have moved into and they did a great job. Price was good cheaper than other quotes I had from other businesses. The manager very reassuring and I asked me for a list and what I want cleaned. Also the manager called me after the clean to check if I was happy with the clean and if they missed anything out but they did a perfect job.

Amazing! Our ovens were a mess and with hard work - Loola Cleaning had them shining bright and looking brand new. We also used them for a deep clean and it came out great. They work hard and are thorough. Highly recommend!
