Regular Massage Therapy has been a part of my self care for decades - however, none of those compare to the professionalism and intuitive expertise that J'nai treated me with. Using a combination of massage styles and modalities ensured she was able to deliver, with no exaggeration, the BEST massage session I've ever had. I am a four-hour drive away, and I WILL be booking on a regular basis. J'nai is a consummate professional, clearly passionate about her business and care of her clients ... and definitely worth every minute of my 'four hour drive'.

Looking forward to getting a massage on Mother’s That my husband surprised me I was extremely disappointed to find the building locked with an parking lot empty when I arrived! My husband called and was told the assist booked the appointment on Sunday in error and I was welcomed to come the next day (Monday). Understanding of mistakes I decided to come back the next day. However when I called the next day to simply confirm my appointment the owner was rude and had an attitude so nasty I immediately canceled the appointment aware that my husband would probably lose the the money he paid for the massage! Yes her attitude was just that horrible I couldn’t even imagine this establishment even being capable of giving a “pleasant “ massage! Horrible customer service not to mention the outside of the building look dirty and unkept! If you are looking for pleasent and professional customer service avoid patronizing this establishment!!!

I had a very relaxing experience today at Loose Massage Therapy. The entire staff was professional. The facility is nice, quiet, and clean. The extras such as aromatherapy and hot rocks were the icing on the cake. At other places you have to pay extra for those amenities. Mario provided the massage and it was everything. I definitely left relaxed and will be back.
