Perfect customer service. Rachel was very helpful and always responded to our question in a timely manner. The drive (Kevin) was on time, very friendly and very helpful.
We used this company for New Year's Eve 2025. Rachel was so accommodating. She went above and beyond. Everything was perfect. We also loved our driver, Kevin. He was so nice and also went to extra mile making sure we got picked up and dropped off safe and sound. He also made sure that we stayed dry from the rain by walking us to the car & restaurant under his umbrella. We definitely will use them in the future.

From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. Rachel was so helpful and personable. She listened and responded to what we needed and went above and beyond with small gifts in the limo for extra surprises! Adolfo was an amazing driver who was also super accommodating throughout the day and accommodated extra time :) The car was brand new and very clean, making a fun afternoon even more fabulous. Thank you Rachel for going above and beyond and for Adolfo for making the day seamless. Definitely recommend.
We had a fabulous experience! Rachel was absolutely fantastic and made sure we were set up for a wonderful night. Eli was a great driver for our wild group of ladies and helped us deal with a very unorganized parking situation at a sold out show. We are so thankful for their help.
