I have to be highly impressed or at my wits end for me to leave a review. Unfortunately, this property management has me at my wits end. This is without question the most unresponsive company I have ever encountered. The hot water in my building has gone out 4 times in the last 3 years and each time it happens I call multiple times and get AI responses and work orders that go ignored or get canceled without explanation. I don’t get angry often but this company drives me to exasperation every time there is a maintenance issue. I am a thoughtful tenant who pays his rent on time and it’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way. The only thing worse than not fixing a maintenance issue as soon as possible is making your tenants feel like their requests are ignored and the tenants themselves are not valued.
LAPMG has been excellent in the services they provided. I had an issue at my apartment that was time sensitive and they responded quickly. It was raining heavily that day and I expected a much later response due to the weather and time of day. I am satisfied with their professionalism and promptness.

Los Angeles Property Management Group took over the management of the apartment complex I live in earlier this year and they are doing an amazing job. The attention they give in responding to work orders has been superb. I requested work for my bathroom and within 2 days there was a technician in my home who was very respectful and did an amazing job. Following that I put in another work order to have my tub reglazed and it was completed in less than a week and again the work they did was fantastic my tub looks brand new. Thank you so much LAPMG keep up the good work. I am truly thankful.
