Fajitas are the way to go! We always get the steak and shrimp and they are always tender and perfectly cooked, even when delivered. Rice and beans are also fantastic, and I take note of that since I feel like they are too often a throwaway. Chips, queso, house salsas, and guacamole are also delicious. 4 stars instead of 5 only because I have also ordered some not so great things: quesadilla with very minimal fillings for the price, dry and bland chicken fajitas, and quail and fish/shrimp plate that are 50% of the time great, 50% of the time not. But the steak and shrimp fajitas and rice and beans are worth your time, every time. Highly recommended on those things alone.

the food here was really good! i love the atmosphere of the restaurant as well, it really gives the feeling of being in an authentic southwestern/texmex restaurant. our server was also very friendly and helped us decide what we wanted to order. the burrito in the red salsa was very flavorful, and the margaritas were strong as well. come check it out!

Great time with this restaurant. There is always a little weight but well worth it. Food is awesome and the drinks are just as amazing. Highly recommend. But don't go there if you're in a hurry! You will most likely have a wait but like I said it will be worth it.

This weekends lunch led us to Los Molcajetes Mexican Restaurant in North Fort Worth. I figured we chose the right spot when I seen several outside. I assumed it would be a wait but no! We walked in and immediately were seated! The Pros The service is superb! The time between placing our order and receiving our food was less than 15 minutes. The food was hot and so delicious. Chips were fresh and the salsa was just right. The only issues I had was the seating arrangements. I know that in placing tables you have to minimize your space however we sat at a table. The table next to us was not even 6in away. It seemed a little too tight but all in all it was ok! We enjoyed this restaurant and will return! Husband had the chicken mole enchiladas and I had the chicken sour cream enchiladas! Margaritas were strong and well worth it!

1st time to this restaurant I visited the Ft. Worth location. There is free parking but it’s in a shopping center which makes it a bit difficult to find parking. I went on a Saturday during dinner and it was pretty busy but was only a 10 min wait and was worth the wait. This restaurant is considered Tex-Mex. But let me say this is the closest it comes to a true authentic Mexican food. Waitress are very friendly and service is very fast. I ordered the Brisket tacos which were delicious. While you wait for your food you must try their salsa with chips. Corn tortillas are made there. Food portions are very generous. Prices are very reasonable. They offer a variety of beers and mix drinks at a very reasonable price. ($cheap$) there is a bar area if you prefer to sit there. This restaurant is kid friendly. Dress is casual to dressy casual. This will be a new restaurant option for sure.
