Just completed the Annabelle room and as an escape room fan, this is one of the best I’ve done. Maddie, the room master, was awesome. Highly recommend unless you have a heart condition 🙃 6 out of 5 stars, wouldn’t change a thing.

I've done many room escapes and this one was one of the most elaborately decorated and immersive ones yet! My friends and I did the secret chamber and it felt like spending one day at Hogwarts! The puzzles were varied and easy to follow from one to another. Overall, a very immersive experience that's worth the $

Our experience was undermined by the behaviour of a female staff member with a “lucky” tattoo. Despite calling ahead and being told a short delay would be acceptable, we were met with an abrupt and dismissive attitude on arrival. She also made a racially insensitive comment, stating the room was better suited to Chinese players, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. As a result, our game was cut short. While the room itself was enjoyable, the poor customer service overshadowed the entire experience. We have previously completed the Annabelle room and had planned to return to try the Harry Potter room, but after this experience, we will not be returning. We would caution others based on this experience.

Our first visit, in the Annabelle room, was exciting and enjoyable. A young gentleman provided excellent service and made the experience memorable, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, our second visit was a completely different experience. It was my husband’s birthday, and we had a dinner booking beforehand. Knowing we might be running slightly late, we rang up an hour and a half in advance to advise staff and were told we could arrive up to 15 minutes late, with no further explanation or concern raised. We arrived 12 minutes late and were immediately told by a female staff member (with a “lucky” neck tattoo) that we would need to reschedule because we were late. Her manner was dismissive, unapologetic, and extremely rude, which was shocking given what we had been previously advised over the phone. As a result, we had to cut our game short. While we were ultimately satisfied with the outcome of the Before Midnight room itself, the poor customer service completely overshadowed the experience. This was a genuinely disappointing and upsetting experience, especially given it was a birthday celebration. We had intended to return to finish the room, but we will not be coming back. We will also be sharing our experience with family, friends, and colleagues. Disgusting customer service and a real let-down.

Did the Annabelle room and it was so fun !! The puzzles, jumpscares and the way the rooms were laid out was so cool. My group came in a bit late but Anna still let us play the whole one hour. Since it wasn’t busy, she also extended our time a bit so we can escape and Anna was very helpful when we asked for help (even when we radioed a lot).
