My son had a blast. You do have to buy the socks and you do have to pay for adults and we got over that but once we got up there to play with our son, we found 💩 In The play area. It’s a really neat concept, But could use a good clean.

Cool place for kids to play and get their energy out. However, we were disappointed to find out it closes at 6pm. We arrived around 4:40pm and weren’t informed at the time of purchasing tickets, so the kids only got about 75 minutes of play. We also overheard other customers say they didn’t realize it closed that early either. Better communication about closing time would make the experience much smoother.

Honest review this place was a lot of fun for the kids, and the concept is original. The animatronic dinos and decorations are a lot of fun. There is a huge gym and climbing structure that connects through many rooms. They have a cafe and party rooms. Nice place. Honestly, it's about $20 per kid for 2 hour block. Two hours is enough for sure. This will tire them out. But it was so busy, hard and very big, so hard to keep eyes on them. There is no locked door or security stopping kids from leaving the store by themselves or leaving with someone else. This is a definite security FAIL. The cafe is very removed and in the rear of the business. So again, you can't see the kids. Also, you have to pay a minute fee of $3.50 to be in the building and spending more $$$$. That, to me, is annoying. They do discout adults to be in the play area down from $20. The Socks... while only $4 a pair... you need to have their socks. Which adds up, even the parents need them that are in the play area. This also drives up cost. $62 bucks for kods to play for 2 hours. We may not be back... but if we do... we already have the socks.

This place was definitely bigger than some of the reviews suggest. Ideal age range for max enjoyment, I would suggest ages 3-9. Parents and older siblings can easily get through most of the play structure. The design and layout are so fun. Our group of kids got the full day pass, and it is priced very well for what the park offers. However, I don't think parents should pay extra for socks if they are not participating in the play structure. But they parent price for parents that want to join in the fun with their kids, again, that is priced appropriately. the cafe is really cute, and there is a private party area. The dinosaur theme carries over into the cafe area. The food prices are perfect for what they offer. However, the service at the café is hit or miss. There are times when you don't know if you order in the front gift shop or in the cafe. But when there is service in the cafe, they are very nice and they announce with enthusiasm over the speaker when your order is ready. They also provided us with injury ice when a 4 year old in our group hurt their arm. The woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly, but finally lightened up when I was engaging and friendly with her. I would call it up to maybe being tired from a long day and a ton of hyper kids. But we arrived 2 hrs. after opening and they weren't very busy yet. As a business owner myself, a front desk/ greeter should carry a level of enthusiasm that supports the expectations you want your customers to have. It sets the tone with the first impression and can make or break a guests experience. The gift shop is very overpriced, but that was neither here nor their. It didn't affect our experience that was very positive for the most part. We will be back and look forward to the new location this summer, the "Lost World Seatopia" in Murfreesboro.

I was a little iffy on coming here due to some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we have it a shot! We went on a Sunday morning, and there was no issue with crowding (this place is huge). The whole facility is very clean, and adults are able to easily navigate 90% of the play structures. There is a little cafe with comfortable seating in the back. Most of the electronic features were not working, but it really didn’t dampen our experience. Overall, this was one of the best indoor playgrounds we’ve been to!
