Very pleased today (Friday 16th January) with my annual skin check at Lotus Skin Clinic at Harbour Town (Biggera Waters) QLD. Appointment on time, Dr Mohammad Javadi had very pleasant greeting & manners during my consultation. Any questions I had were answered & medically explained. Thank you for my appointment & look forward to my next appointment in twelve months

I have been going to the Lotus Skin and Cosmetics Center for over 12 months, and honestly, I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else. The entire team is wonderful, welcoming, and truly knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care and always go the extra mile. Dr. El Ghobashy is absolutely brilliant.

I can fully recommend the services & facility at Lotus Skin Clinic. The staff are very welcoming & the overall experience very pleasant. Had some skin cancers removed without drama & look forward to another check-up in future. Normally I'm hesitant to have medical appointments due to the " dead man walking" vibe at some places , but this facility & staff were great.

I highly recommend this clinic and its medical staff if you need your skin checked. The doctors are friendly and know how to put at ease by respecting you and your needs. The service was done in a very professional way, with no fuss.

I visited the clinic to have an unsightly removed from my forehead (unaffectionately called ‘the unicorn’). From the time I called to make the appointment to my intake at reception, consultation and surgical procedure, I felt comfortable and cared for. Not only was the receptionist/ RN kind, polite and informed, the doctor was amiable and proficient. I highly recommend this clinic for any procedure, cosmetic or not. Thank you! Caitlin
