The front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming from the very beginning. The initial consultation as advertised on Facebook for $47 consisted of them taking some x-rays of my neck and back area down to my hips, talking to the chiropractor about various areas of pain after which he performed manual manipulations on my back and neck. I was asked to return the next day for a detailed assessment of my Xray results where I was informed of the areas that needed adjustments to alleviate my pains. He showef me the xrays where arthritis was starting to develop. Once again the chiropractor performed manipulations on my back neck and arms. I did feel some relief in the areas where I had pain and numbness. He then suggested a 3 month treatment which should take care of my problem. The experience was very professional and positive but when I asked him how much was all this going to cost, he said he does not deal with the accounting side and that the ladies at the desk would give me all the details. Exiting his office, the ladies proceeded to schedule all my next appointments as though I had already confirmed my treatment. When I asked, they ingormed me that the total of 24 visits in 3 months costs $1479.75 and is not covered by insurance. I will have to consider the validity of their proposal and the affordability of it all.

Everything about Louisville Chiropractic is top-notch, from its ease of access to its smart and pristine office layout. Rachel and Talia at the front desk go above and beyond to be accommodating. Dr. Simpson is superb: knowledgeable, friendly, excellent at explaining diagnoses and treatment plans, and--most of all--he has improved my condition beyond measure. I will continue seeing him for maintenance even beyond my return to 100% musculoskeletal health.

My husband and I both go to Louisville Chiropractor we started with Dr Jack and staff we never looked back. Recently Dr Jack left to move away and his replacement Dr Rick is wonderful. Listens and has kept the staff the same. We will keep our care with Louisville Chiropractor. Top notch.

I never write these, but I have to after my amazing experience at Louisville Chiropractic. Genuinely the best customer service I’ve ever seen in Louisville! They respect your time, get you in and out, and do everything with excellence. I would highly recommend to first timers who want to learn more or to individuals who need a treatment/recovery plan!

My experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. The Louisville Chiropractor team creates such a welcoming atmosphere, greeting every patient by name and making you feel truly cared for. They’re quick, efficient, and it’s clear they genuinely value each person who walks through their doors. I wouldn’t want to be treated anywhere else. Plus, their music selection in the lobby is always on point—but you’re never waiting long enough to hear a full song 😁 that’s how efficient they are!
