Working with Louise at Love Letter Weddings and the LLW team was truly one of the greatest blessings of our entire wedding experience. From day one, her organization and unmatched attention to detail put us completely at ease. Louise is the perfect blend of professional, intentional, warm, and reassuring—everything you could ever hope for in a wedding planner. Louise not only guided us through a smooth, stress-free planning process with easy, consistent communication, but she also created the most incredible florals and overall wedding design. Our floral arrangements were absolutely breathtaking—regal, romantic, and so magical that it truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. She did an exceptional job using her creativity to showcase our personal style in every detail, and her design recommendations fit our personalities, and our vision so perfectly. She brought everything together so cohesively that the entire day felt beautifully curated and deeply personal. When we had to unexpectedly change venues just a couple of months before the wedding, Louise handled the transition with such calm confidence, and care that we weren’t even worried. From the start we already knew we were in the best hands, and Louise proved it once again by making the transition to a new venue totally seamless and helping us secure new vendors who were a perfect fit for our new space. What could have been a stressful setback ended up creating an even better outcome than we ever could have imagined. And on the wedding day itself? If there were any hiccups, we had no idea—because Louise and the LLW team had planned, executed, and managed everything so flawlessly behind the scenes. All we felt was pure joy and excitement. The absolute best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process was choosing Louise and the Love Letter Weddings team. I never felt alone, overly stressed, or nervous. From the very first consultation meeting, we felt so at ease and reassured. She took the time to get to know us throughout the whole planning process and I feel that showed in our gorgeous and perfect wedding. With planning from such a far distance (Texas) and crazy busy lives, the full service wedding planning with Louise was the best decision. The most common compliment we received from our guests was “this is the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” All of our guests were absolutely floored - from arrival to the venue, the smooth transitions in the schedule, and an overall seamless guest experience. Louise provided so much honesty and guidance. We presented so many out of this world ideas and she was able to help us capture some of these ideas and present them in a way that made sense. Her professionalism is outstanding, and her whole team as well. She was so communicative, punctual, and the way that she spoke with our friends and family — especially our moms — was spot on. She is able to navigate tricky conversations with ease!! If you are looking for someone in the planning process who sees you, advocates for you, brainstorms with you — then LLW is the obvious choice. From the moment we began planning our destination wedding in Hawaii, Louise and the Love Letter Weddings team made every step of the journey extraordinary. Being from New York and Australia respectively, Hawaii was the perfect location for all of our families to gather. While I was a little nervous organizing a wedding so far away, Louise made everything seamless. Her expertise and passion for wedding planning shone through in every detail, ensuring that our special day (and all the moments leading up to it) was nothing short of perfection. Louise made us feel comfortable and reassured throughout the whole process. From coordinating site visits, tastings and more during an impromptu visit to Oahu, to handling last-minute changes - she managed everything with a grace and efficiency that put us at ease. Every element, from the beautiful decor to the incredible florals, was executed with precision. What truly set Louise apart was her kindness and personal touch. She genuinely cared about our vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life (despite our busy schedules and sometimes aloof personalities). My husband and I got married on Oahu in early November 2022 and ended up booking with Love Letter Weddings. Louise and her team exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond on EVERYTHING we had envisioned for our special day. We did The Full Shebang service due to us not being local, and living in Arizona. Obviously it is hard to plan a wedding, especially while living in a different state. But Louise and the team made it absolutely stress free for us. We took one trip to the island to check out all of the vendors and LLW set everything up for us within the 5 days we were there to book everything we needed to. When we were not there, we did monthly zoom meetings planning the rest of the wedding. They are the most organized business and kept everything so in tact for us, so everything was easy to find if I needed to pull something up. It was also such a relief to not have to worry about anything on my wedding day. They handled it all! I couldn’t thank the team enough for all of the hard work and help with making our day the most incredible day ever!

The care and creative detail of planning that goes into all of their events is appreciated by the clients, guests and vendors alike. Collaborating with Louise is always a joy and pleasure to experience and we look forward to many more events in the future with her beautiful design, thoughtful coordination, gorgeous florals, and awesome organization! Logos Bookstore of Hawaii is a welcoming Christian bookstore at Ward Centre in Honolulu. The shop is well-stocked with Bibles, devotionals, Christian fiction and non-fiction, plus children's books (including Hawaiian-language titles) and gifts such as mugs and bags. Knowledgeable, friendly staff assist without hovering, and services include Bible engraving (often completed quickly) and occasional promos like free gel highlighters with purchases.
