Out of the 5 boutiques I went to, Lovely was the best! Beautiful designer selections, great prices, and even better customer service. Desiree made me feel so comfortable, seen, and heard. The personal experience was the icing on the cake. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to purchase. It was truly a special experience. Absolutely loved Lovely! Than you so much!

Desiree is the BEST! I had such an amazing experience at Lovely with her. She completely understood my vision and brought it to life with the most beautiful selection of dresses. Every gown she pulled was stunning and so fun to try on, and she somehow knew exactly what would look and feel right on me. She was incredibly helpful and never once made me feel pressured or like I needed to make a decision on the spot. I ended up finding my wedding dress with her, and I couldn’t be happier about it! It was truly the funnest, most special day, and I cannot wait to come back to pick up my dress!

I truly had the best experience at Lovely Bride, Alina was amazing!! She wasn’t pushy at all and took the time to ask me great questions before my appointment. She pulled the perfect dresses and really understood my style. The whole process felt so special and memorable, and she even helped me find a veil that perfectly matched my dress. I went to three different bridal shops, and Lovely Bride gave me the best experience by far!! ’m so happy I found my dream dress here!

Had the best experience ever dress shopping at Lovely!! I flew in from out of town and had an appointment with Sophia. That girl is AMAZING and really knows her stuff. Lots of options to choose from on their online look book. The only thing different I would say from other places is you don’t have access to walk around the showroom and grab dresses, but they are so great at getting an idea of what you like and don’t like and bringing them out for you! I am so happy to say I said yes to the dress at Lovely Bride Houston!!!

The team at this store is truly one of a kind. Prior to visiting Lovely I hadn’t heard much about the store. Actually, while shopping in another wedding dress boutique the sales person recommended lovely bride to me. I remember her emphasizing that the brides would rave about the customer service and over all genuine interactions they had with the stylists. I thought it was too good to be true. I was wrong. Lovely Bride is not only a wonderful place to shop, but the stylists go out of their way to get you exactly what you want. From our first interaction, my stylist Sophia was professional, supportive, friendly and overall just a wonderful person to be around. She listened to what I envisioned and proceeded to bring me everything she had that fit my vibe. When I didn’t find what I liked, she urged me to give her a week to do some looking and come back. At each visit she refined my options until we got to exactly what I wanted. I don’t even have the words to describe what a positive and wonderful experience it’s been working with her. She made the dress journey very worthwhile. I have yet to meet a stylist so dedicated to the customer and committed to getting exactly what the bride wants. There was not once any pressure to settle nor pressure to make a decision on something I didn’t feel 100% happy with. From the very beginning she made me feel comfortable and was never afraid to go back to the drawing board. When I couldn’t come in to the store. The stylists actually worked together, one stylist donned the showroom version of my dress and Sophia held up skirt options while another stylist filmed a video for me so I could see exactly what it would look like. They went above and beyond for me and that’s a testament to the amazing culture at Lovely Bride. I have said and I will say again: Outstanding customer service, outstanding overall atmosphere and altogether outstanding team at Lovely Bride Houston. I am forever grateful to my stylist Sophia and her team at Lovely Bride. And 10/10 would recommend Lovely Bride to anyone looking for a positive wedding dress shopping experience! Thank you Lovely Bride and thank you Sophia for helping me say Yes to the Dress!!!!
