I call lovely skin because I believed that there was a mix up on my order. The lady that picked up did not even mention an apology and was not being relatable— not a single bit. It does not cost you anything to be a bit sympathetic. She persisted that she was right and did not seem to really care. So pretty much, time wasted with an associate that does not care about the concerns of a customer. Furthermore, I get my product that was wrapped in plastic, no not a box, and it seems to be stained. I SHOULD have read the reviews before ordering from this place. I am never buying from here again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had!! I ordered one of the products they carried on Amazon and they just happened to be the seller. I will NEVER EVER support their business due to the way they have handled the situation. Package was returned to the carrier and needed confirmation from the seller before it could be forwarded and they have continuously refused to help. The products they seller are good, but I’d only order from them as a last resort as there is a 90% chance you will just loose the money and never get your products.

Wow, the shipping is so fast and they take care of packaging it up so nicely. I ordered my foundation from LG website and then realized I ordered the wrong version so I looked at Lovely Skin and order the right version. It got here so fast, I still haven't received my original order from LG yet. Way to go Lovely Skin!
