I hired Lowe's for a dryer vent inpection / cleaning required by my HOA. Georgi explained the process, moved the dryer which was in an enclosed nook on top of the washer, did the inspection and cleaning + replaced the transition duct (which was extra, but he explained the reason and showed me the difference with the previous duct). Everything went smoothly, thanks!

Georgi is a professional and friendly air vent cleaning technician. He is very polite and loves his job. He suggested that I replace the duct, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. Although he eventually charged me $10,000, I still felt it was worth it and within what I could accept. Just kidding — I like this guy’s jokes!

Georgi is a great guy he came and inspected my furnace and the ducts unfortunately because it’s an old house we could not touch the dots and he explained everything to me in a very good clear way. I would recommend him any time. He did not charge me anything. Thank you. My ducts are asbestos.
