I’m unsure if my last review was deleted but this is my 2nd time posting. I had such a disappointing experience with this company. First, my technician arrived early catching me off guard. I told him I thought I would get a call before he arrived and he proceeded to say he did call me and put his phone in my face. I apologized although I hadn’t received a call. I then had to ask him to put on booties which he did not appreciate and I had to provide the booties. At the end of the service he simply asked me to pay. I had to stop him and have him show me the before and after photos and walk me through the service. He was hurried, rude, and totally lacked customer service.

Thank you Oswaldo for your professionalism! He made sure I show him all the air vents in the house. He took his time and was very thorough. He showed before and after pictures. You can't go wrong with this company and I highly recommend it.

My tech, David, was great. He explained what my biggest issue was with my dryer venting and how to remedy it myself on a regular basis. Reasonable price for the service. Will use them again in the future.

Jose did a great job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent. He was very thorough and left no mess behind whatsoever. He talked me through the process and showed me before and after pictures. 10/10 recommend!

Technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. We first went through the house to point out all the vents. He said it would take him 2 to 3 hours. He took several before and after pictures and texted them to me at the end of the job. He was very professional and used quality tools to get the job done. Overall I would use Lowe’s air duct cleaning.
