My kids have been going to this clinic for over 6 years, I just got a call from the office manager saying that my 17-year-old is going to be denied services. I didn't even know a clinic can do that? She's saying that he was seen back in May and he was not compliant. So you called me the day before I'm supposed to take my child in there to get his immunizations and to get a full physical and you say that we cannot come in because of something that happened in May.? I absolutely do not remember anything going on in May. So now you're going to deny my child from getting the proper care that he needs on top of he has mental health disorders. Okay so I see what this is You're discriminating against my child. I've never had problems with this clinic, she tried to say that he was hospitalized back in May and needed to be taking his meds. That's not even true so for you to call me and lie that's wonderful. She wouldn't even give me the contact information for the owner as she says is the only one that can reverse all this and let my child be seen. I didn't know that they can withhold information from upper management or even the owner. Just beware of what client you try to take you're kids too.. Dr. Matt is Amazing! My son was worried about getting a new doc but Dr. Matt made it a very easy transition for him. He has had a bad experience with a male dentist before and this interaction with Dr. Matt gave him more confidence and trust in male practitioners. Thank you!!

Dr. Scott is amazing. He always made me feel reassured as a new parent and took my concerns seriously. He listens and educates in a simple yet informative manner and is great with pediatric patients. I recently moved states and miss this office greatly. Would highly recommend!

Tell DR Scott thanks for the past services he had with my kids since birth. We were lucky to have met such a great person. However, the front service desk has a new set of faces and no sympathy for insurance changes that was out of my control. My daughter is unable to start school next week and will have to wait till next month for the insurance to go back to what it was. Sad to say but we will now look for a different doctor. Wasted our morning driving to an appointment and was turned away because you don't offer prior authorization.
