The best! I come here almost once a month (I am petite and love clothes). They are friendly, have fast turn around, and always make sure I am happy with the final product. I moved here from NYC where my tailor was FIT trained and LP Couture is equally as good.

A beautiful thrift store Harris Tweed jacket from the 80's. Had the big shoulder pads removed and the shoulder taken in 1/2". Custom tailored jacket, inexpensive and looks fantastic!

I brought an item in to fix a zipper and paid $25. After the first use, the zipper ripped again. When I went back, the shop was closed for holidays for about three weeks, so I returned as soon as they reopened. At that point, I was told I would need to pay an additional $40 because they supposedly had already fixed it properly and now needed to replace the zipper. I’m confident the zipper was not replaced during the first visit. Overall, I felt overcharged and disappointed by the lack of responsibility for their previous work. When a repair fails immediately, I would expect some accountability or at least a fair solution. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

I’ve gone to LP Couture for a wide range of alterations, from formal wear and qi pao alterations to hemming jeans and T-shirts. They do amazing work at extremely reasonable prices. Phuong is wonderful to collaborate with and gives great design feedback on where to hem or how to drape something. So grateful to have found them!
