First time trying LP Luxury Nail Lounge and all I have to say is we’ll definitely be back! The interior and service feel so luxe and special they really make a great first impression. Facilities are extremely clean, well lit and has a nice ambiance. It was my first time getting a builder gel manicure and I was so impressed with the application and precision. I did not do nail extensions. My tech really took her time to make sure the shape and length were exactly what I wanted. My mom got a seasonal pedicure for $49 and she had an amazing time as well. I paid $150 total for builder gel on natural nails, seasonal pedicure and 25% tip. We walked in around 12 pm on a Saturday and waited about 40 minutes before our service began. You can walk in and put your phone number to wait or make an appointment which is probably the best way to go.

You have to come visit LP luxury Nail lounge. It is such a gorgeous atmosphere and they do the most Amazing job on your nails. The name is correct, it is Luxury all the way! Lindsey did a fabulous job but everyone was so friendly! Wanda took care of me right when I stepped in and Jordan even took pics for me for Tiktok! The best ever!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. This was my 2nd visit, & I returned specifically because my first experience had been great. Despite feeling very ill, I decided to come back to treat my 2 nieces to manicures as a Christmas gift, which made this visit especially important to me. Unfortunately, my service was terrible. The nail technician, Sara, rushed through my manicure, & the final result was poorly done & uneven. When I politely asked for the issues to be fixed, she became visibly irritated & handled my hands roughly, repeatedly slamming them down on the table. The way she treated me was painful & upsetting. I am currently undergoing chemo for brain cancer, & my hands are sensitive. Being handled aggressively in that condition was completely inappropriate & distressing. I paid close to 100 for my service, which was significantly more than the others in my group, yet my nails looked the worst by far. I’ve attached photos so others can see the quality for themselves. We called the salon to address the issue. Spoke with Wilson, who said the manager (Jordan) was not available but promised to speak with him & call us back. No one ever returned the call. The next day, we called again & were told the manager was present but refused to speak with us & said there would be absolutely no refund. Wilson was apologetic & professional, but management’s refusal to address the situation was extremely disappointing. This experience was upsetting, physically uncomfortable, & left completely unresolved. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this salon, especially to anyone who expects respectful treatment or has medical sensitivities. Edit: After the initial call, we were told to call back when the manager was available. When we did, Wilson who answered said the manager was present but refused to get on the phone & said nothing could be done. Although I was initially told I could return to have my nails redone, that option was later taken off the table, which is why I did not return. I have terminal brain cancer & recently started chemo. I am now largely bedridden, & it is not easy for me to simply get in the car & come back in person to address issues. Under different circumstances, I would have shown up myself. Getting my nails done was meant to be a special treat during an extremely difficult time, & instead I was left distressed & uncomfortable with the result. I cannot stand the sight of my nails. From the very beginning of the service, Sara was rude & rushed. I tried to make small talk to ease the situation, but she appeared miserable & uninterested and continued to rush through the service. I previously had green polish on my nails, which had been done at the same salon. She did not fully remove the green polish & appeared prepared to leave visible green spots before applying the clear. I had to ask her to please remove all of the previous color, which should not have required asking. When I later asked for additional issues to be fixed, Sara attempted to correct them but chose to use regular polish instead of gel the second time. The polish chipped within 48 hours, which has never happened to me with gel polish before. She was also very rough with my hands and became extremely rude when I asked for corrections. Toward the end of the appointment, the service felt rushed and incomplete, and I was simply told to go wash my hands rather than receiving the full finishing portion of the service that I paid for. I enjoy the full nail experience, and that was missing here. I was also overcharged. I received a refill and French tips, yet I was charged for a full set & multiple designs. I have a large following on TikTok, & my videos often show my hands. Because of how my nails turned out, I have not felt comfortable posting recently. I am sharing this to explain the impact this experience had & so others can be aware before booking. I am sharing this in hopes that the situation is reconsidered & handled appropriately. Doing the right thing here would go a long way.

fabulous! i drove across town to try this salon instead of the one closest to me based on the reviews and am so glad i did. i was a midday walk-in and was welcomed immediately, i knew i wanted a simple builder gel set and was taken care of by jenny! she was so thorough and kind while being VERY swift, in the way it was clear she’s very skilled and i was just pleased from beginning to end. the drinks menu was well appreciated and i had the perfect amount of enough time to finish my mimosa, the front desk staff were sweet and even gave me a complimentary cuticle oil pen—i’m very happy overall. will definitely be making regular appointments!

I usually don’t like getting my nails done, but this place completely changed my mind. The staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled. They did all custom nails exactly how we wanted, plus they offered beverages, which made the visit feel extra special and relaxing. It wasn’t just about the nails; it was the whole atmosphere and how cared for we felt. Highly recommend if you want beautiful, custom work and a genuinely enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely be back!
