The doctor wasn't bad. Had to wait multiple times for appointments past the appointment time. The final time I went in I had been waiting for 30 minutes to see the doctor before I just left because there was still one person in front of me. Overall not the experience I was looking for. Two stars because the doctor did help relieve some back pain from sitting in a chair all day. Front end needs work.

Dr. Ellie is absolutely amazing!. I had lower back pain that was really deep in my tailbone. She's worked on me for weeks now and I feel like I can move better than I've been able to in a decade. I look forward to the visits here and get relief every time. Highly recommend.

This is a great clinic! Nice staff and flexible scheduling. I prefer Dr. Mackey- he's super personable and professional- plus he's got what it takes to make the right adjustments and is mindful about treatments to get my spine in align!

I cannot speak to your particular issue, but the issue that I had in my lower back must have been why chiropractors were started. I was in sometimes unthinkable pain for over a year. I was taking 2400 mg of ibuprofen and 3000 mg of Tylenol daily for a year trying to manage the pain with little relief. In 4 weeks, my pain has been completely eliminated by Dr. Ellie. I believe I had a half dozen or so treatments. As of 12/22/2022, I take no ibuprofen or Tylenol for my back. I am an active, healthy middle aged man that got a "tweak" in my low back in October of 2021 and it pestered me until November 2022 when I went to see Dr. Ellie. After the first adjustment, I could tell a great deal of pressure was released from my back. In the following 4 weeks after spacing the treatments over a week apart for the last two weeks, I am currently pain free and doing all of my physical activities I did prior to my injury. I found Dr. Ellie to be very kind and understanding, even when I voiced my pessimism over chiropractors my first visit. Thankfully, she paid that no mind and much to my surprise, fixed me. As far as LSM East goes, I found that getting appointments the days and times I needed them was never an issue. And the one time I needed to reschedule, that was no problem either.

I have been coming here for the last year off and on. Great experiences here! The doctors are super helpful and friendly. They answer all of my questions thoughtfully too. They genuinely care about patient well being here. My appointments are super quick too. I'm in and out in under 5 minutes most of the time. Unless It's an initial visit then It's about 20. This is a nice clinic! One of the few my insurance will cover. I suffer from extremely tight muscles and they help me immensely!
