I took my broken PS5 controller to Lucas, and he was very professional, quick, and responsive. He fixed my controller with zero issues and reassured me that if anything didn’t work, I could bring it back. I would definitely go back and highly recommend his services.

My Xbox elite 2 controller had some issues: faulty, double clicking bumpers and an R trigger that dragged (thanks Microsoft QA 🙄) Now it's working the way a $180 controller should. What's nice is throughout the repair process I was kept informed. Thanks Steve!
