We are so glad we found Lucky Buddies for our golden retriever Kento and our cat Ichi! Before going to daycare at Lucky Buddies, our golden Kento did not quite know how to interact appropriately with other dogs. After several months there, his behavior is much more socially appropriate! He absolutely loves going to Lucky Buddies and playing with his friends. He gets so excited when he jumps off the car and realizes we’re outside the Lucky Buddies building. He comes back a tired, happy, and socialized pup! We also always have Lucky Buddies do drop-in visits for our cat Ichi when we’re traveling. They are great with uploading pictures, providing a visit follow-up, and following our directions. Ichi loves when they visit! At one point when we had a foster cat, they were very kind to check in on her during their visits too. All the staff members have been pleasant to communicate with. When issues come up, they are quick to respond and communicate mainly through phone call and app messaging. They treat their clients like family. We are very glad to have found Lucky Buddies and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, safe, and caring local business to take care of their fur babies!
Bandit has been attending both daycare and over night boarding at Lucky Buddies for just under 4 years. The staff are great and in conversation you can tell they really love your pets. I received daily updates with photos and he is always enjoying his time. Bandit is always super excited when we arrive which tells me he really likes it at both facilities. I am not sure he always enjoys the holiday photo shoots, but I do!
We love Lucky Buddies Pet Sitting for our dog Swae's daycare and boarding services. The staff is friendly and kind at both locations and you can tell the owners truly care about the overall wellbeing on our pets. They offer tons on services and add on but I especially like the holiday themed portraits and enrichment activities that keep our dog engaged and active. They are truly our go to for pet sitting and dog care. Swae is always excited and eager at drop offs which is a sign that he's in good hands. TY Lucky Buddies Team for always taking good care of our pup.
We have been one of Lucky's Buddies since 2023 and have loved every visit! My dog Quill has the greatest time, whether he's just hanging out with the buddies, or taking advantage of one of their many add ons. (Walks, agility course, photo shoots to name a few) As a pawrent, I appreciate their quick responses, IG stories and report cards! Not only can I tell Quill had a great time by how pooped he is when he gets home, but I can also see it via social media. They also send (the greatest) pictures of his day there in their easy to use app. The app also tracks vaccines, so it's comforting to know that my dog is in a safe environment, socializing with happy pups. I couldn't recommend them enough, they've been a huge part of Quill's growth in all aspects!
We love taking our 2 pups, Butcher and Tofu, to Lucky Buddies! Butcher has been going to Lucky Buddies for 2.5 years and we had no doubt that our new pup Tofu would love it there as well. They both get their doggie socialization in a safe and controlled environment with other well behaved dogs and are tired and happy once we pick them up. We utilize both the daycare and overnight boarding services, as well as some grooming services. I would not hesitate to recommend their services as I know my pups will be well cared for! I also love that they send pictures at the end of the day to see what our pups are up to!
