Came for my birthday day out with three children ages 4,10 &15. We all enjoyed the step on game and won a ton of teddies and snacks. Spent a good hour and a half here. Staff are soo friendly bumping into the children and hi fiving and giving a token here or there

Lucky Claw is a brilliant establishment with lovely staff. I have been coming to Lucky Claw now for a few months, it is such a nice place and the staff and atmosphere are amazing. The staff resolve any issues you may have efficiently and with a smile ALWAYS on their faces. It is very good value for money and i’ve never left with less than 6 teddies and that’s from 15 pounds worth of coins! For example, yesterday I went to their re-opening event and it was absolutely great. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely member of staff who checked me in and gave me my tokens. Whilst there I had an issue where my teddy I had got stuck in the machine as it was quite big, I told the staff and they had absolutely no issue with getting the teddy out of the machine for me - all with a smile on their faces, whereas a lot of other establishments wouldn’t do this and would try to say it wasn’t a win! Drinks are fairly priced and they have a good variety of them, e.g. Coke and Slushies. I will be returning for many more fun trips with these guys, every single member of staff are lovely and you can tell they love their job.

It’s a must visit! Situated above a range of eateries is this micro arcade with wall to wall claw machines but with a difference these are token operated instead of cash and the winning ratio is slightly more in your favour so much so you can get a mini trolley to collect all your wins in! It’s a must visit if you have kids! Or just fancy winning a teddy!

It's a nice experience to see people winning compared to the claw machines at the coast however, is it worth the money? I'd say not. £60 worth of tokens to come away with 12 soft toys and 2 packets of crisps. The soft toys are very cheap and a few of ours have holes in the seams and stuffing coming out. They are clearly bought in bulk from overseas so that's how they make it pay. The staff don't talk and all look rather unhappy. My son said hello to staff as they were filling up machines and he didn't even get a smile. There were quite a few machines out of order and half of the machines take 2 coins and aren't worth 2 coins. People hover around you watching, if you don't win after 3/4 coins they then jump on as soon as you move and win in 1 or 2 goes so they know what they are doing. We had fun, our son loved it and that's what it's all about I suppose. Will I return? Probably not.

Was okay different prices for different amounts of tokens £5, £10,£15,£20 for 60 tokens £50 for 160 tokens etc, for different amounts of tokens. Some machines not working, some machines it is 1 token to play some is 2 tokens to play. Good amount of machines inside although some were repeats of the same teddy's and some wore more than half empty making it harder for the machine to pick them up, staff were trying to refill them as they went though. best to wait for staff to refill them before playing on them or tell staff beforehand so they can refill them. Not many cute kawaii teddy's that I saw a lot of others have in pictures just very simple ones. Was an okay experience though especially for something like a birthday etc or to take kids. Staff were nice. A bit overcrowded. Would definitely come back here on special occasions as it's nice to go every once in a while as a treat I wouldn't come regularly though.
