the Security guard was extremely rude and unfriendly to my employees. He rudely asked why we had brought food ( I paid for kosher food to be brought in) He felt "threatened" by my employee who forgot he was holding a TINY pocket knife (size of half a pinky). When my employee tried to explain, instead of having a normal conversation, they claimed he started cursing and wouldnt listen (this guy is a chilled guy) After he agreed to put it in his car and come back quietly, the guard and manager said they were afraid of him and what he would do?! are you JOKING! Then the server went and told on ME (the event organizer - who SIGNED THE CONTRACT) for drinking without an ID and the manager and security guard came out to threaten to kick us out if I was seen drinking. THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE AND SAY WE WERE TRESPASSING - so petty! ! I had arcade cards on my contract which they kept insisting they didn't have it. After I received my bill, it was clearly written on there that I paid for arcade cards which was on my bill and refused to give them to me (they couldnt find it!) and now i have to get a refund and no one got to play! We paid $62 per person for buffet, they refused to let us take some of the extra food home. When some ppl tried they literally took it out of THEIR HANDS and TRASHED IT. The manager, security guard and drink server were honestly PATHETIC! The event manager and coordinator were nice, even though they couldn't find the arcade cards, even though i paid for them (now requesting for refund) Other than that, good thing I have a great team! They made the Holiday party fun, but will not be coming back for an event!
I spent my 22nd birthday at this location of Lucky Strike and honestly I only gave 1 star (more then I would’ve originally) because I had a great time with the people who came other than that the staff kinda ruined my birthday… The server was nice, and it was really nice inside but for 1, NO air conditioning and the more people that came in the more hotter it got. When we first walked in we had someone helping us check in and he was cool, but when the rest of my party arrived to check in aswell, there was another cashier at check in, she was nice at first but when more people came, and we were trying to check in again she gave COMPLETE ATTITUDE.. As if we were bothering here for asking questions or trying to understand what she said (it was incredibly loud in there, and she was speaking in circles) We shook that off and continued with our night but honestly that was the first 🚩.The second was how small the seating was, I had about 10 people with me including myself and atleast 5 of us had to either stand or sit on another couch. When someone purchased that lane of course we were left to stand or squeeze in. That wasn’t that bad to me because we’re all close so that’s no problem I guess. It’s my birthday so I shook it off.. Everyone’s having a good time and in the middle of our game a different waitress ask if we want our check, I say sure cause we were almost done anyway. As she passes us the bill it’s EXTREMELY OVERCHARGED. They charged us for 4 games when we had only played 2, charged us DOUBLE for each drink we ordered. And then tried to argue us into paying the bill. I honestly would’ve just payed the bill to avoid conflict cause that’s just how I am with service people (plus I was a little embarrassed in front of my friends, luckily they understood and weren’t blaming me) But☝🏾My mom wasn’t having it.. she was trying to explain to the manager that this was incorrect and that that’s not what we ordered, that they were wrong and after 15 mins of embarrassment, and the manager and the waitress both looking at us crazy, the manager FINALLY ADMITTED he was in the wrong, he gave us the wrong check, and that he was mistaken he handed us back some of the money and left… no apologies, no explanation, nothing and all this was admitted AFTER I paid.. completely out of pocket. Leaving felt like the walk of shame, and I didn’t feel good leaving there.. It genuinely ruined the good time I had there and put a bad taste in my mouth for the future I honestly don’t think I see myself going to another Lucky Strike ESPECIALLY BEVERLY HILLS.. But Happy Birthday to me I guess…🍰 ps: I went home and balled my eyes out lol
I’ve been going to this place for a couple weeks now and I do enjoy it. I like other good parking. It’s very clean and new and the service is actually really good. My only negative comment is that bowling on lane 22 dusk is challenging because there is no shade on the window and he created a lot of squinting. They need to get shades for the window by the exit door. Do you want to give a shout out to Keila who is my server and she’s very attentive and lovely and I love coming back every week and seeing her the food is good. The drinks are good. The bathrooms are clean. It’s kind of weird that you gotta get a metal detector at the entrance, but I guess that’s part of their safety protocol and I’m OK with that
Really fun bowling ally! We popped in on a Saturday night and although we weren’t able to get lanes because of the long waiting list we had a blast at the bar and arcade. Highly recommend getting reservations for bowling and it looks like they are the perfect set up for big parties as there were a few private parties going on with food and drink. Great location! Will be back for sure.
SO MUCH FUN! we recently went to Lucky Strike Beverly Hills. We had a blast. The location is brand new- beautiful decor and a huge space. The food and beer were all reasonably priced. We got to meet the manager Julia, who was lovely. Our waiter, Cristian was great and super attentive. The nachos are HUGE (definitely can feed 4). You can make a reservation online but it will cost you more than if you walk in. They can tell you each day what the per game cost is. Can’t wait to go back!!
