Such a fun time. Staff was great for our large party and so accommodating. Very disappointed with our recent visit. Brought my team back and was met with very strange behavior from the team. We called in advance about coming earlier than our reservation since we wrapped our patient schedule up early and was told it was fine but when my team got there Hayden (the event coordinator) told them they couldn't "turn the lanes on until 7"... I've never heard of anything like that before. I called the manager on my way to the location to inquire about that and they did get the lanes turned on but the service after was so lack luster. It felt like Hayden and our servers were actively avoiding my party. They did not stop by to check on us until the time was running out, we had to follow up on drink orders multiple times. They brought the food out very sporadically and did not bring any condiments when requested. The team was extremely unfriendly which was a complete 180 to the experience my regional team had earlier this month. I wanted to avoid a google review and talk to Nick (the manager) about this in person but after asking to speak with him and waiting for 10 minutes we left.

Star at the bar is amazing! She’s incredibly sweet, has quick service, and her dirty martinis are great! Someone should give her a raise!
