I had an outing here with my fellow coworkers and ANDREW (the manager) provided excellent service scores the board and our party was extremely satisfied. Our crew appreciates the memories and amazing experience Thank you again Andrew and his crew. We strongly felt he took care of us and will definitely recommend coming back for more company outings.

This place was awesome! We loved everything about this impromptu bday celebration there. Everything was great! Staff were amazing. Food was beyond delicious and so fresh and Jayra the general manager went above and beyond. She was very attentive, helpful, professional and made our visit a great one. Angel the waiter wonderful, helpful and make sure we were always good. Loved our visit so much that we are already planning our next one

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly Recommended for Events! We recently hosted my goddaughter’s 8th birthday party here, and once again the experience was absolutely amazing. This was actually our second time hosting a birthday party at this location, and the reason we came back is because of the outstanding service—and they exceeded our expectations yet again. The manager, Emeuery, and our server, Angel, were both phenomenal. From start to finish, their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness made the entire event stress-free and enjoyable. They were attentive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests felt welcomed and cared for. The customer service was top-tier, the hospitality was unmatched, and the overall experience was nothing short of wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us celebrate such a special milestone. If you’re looking for a place to host an event—especially a birthday party—I highly recommend this venue. We’ll definitely be back again! 💕🎂✨

Our non-profit hosted a community event at the Woodside location over 75 guest. The manager Y. Delacruz and server Mona were awesome. Very attentive staff great attitude. Appreciated their warm welcome. We will definitely return. Thank you again. The Music of Ethan's Heart

I recently hosted my brother-in-law’s 30th birthday party at your bowling alley, and I am beyond grateful for the amazing experience we had. My brother-in-law is on the autism spectrum, and your team showed such compassion, patience, and genuine care that truly made this day unforgettable. Dexter went above and beyond — he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and showed such kindness throughout our entire visit. His positive attitude and empathy made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Dexter absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!) for his outstanding service.You could tell he truly cared about making this experience special and wasn’t just a paycheck to him. Good karma and good things will come Dexter way for how he made sure someone who was special needs have a wonderful day! Maryan, the manager, truly cared and took the extra effort to make sure everything ran smoothly. She checked in on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed and that our celebration was going perfectly. Iszah, our server, was amazing — he catered to every detail of our party, stayed on top of everything from food to drinks, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The staff, food, and service were all exceptional. I have no complaints — only gratitude. I’m convinced your customer service training is top-notch, and I hope every employee learns from these wonderful team members. Because of Dexter, Maryan, and Iszah, I plan to host another event here in the future. I’ve already recommended this location to so many friends and shared it on social media. My brother-in-law, Avery, will never forget this birthday — we were honestly brought to tears by how thoughtful and caring the staff were. Thank you for making his 30th birthday so special. We’re truly thankful for the compassion and effort that made this celebration one we’ll always remember. Let just say Avery already asking to go back especially for the arcade games!!
