This is regarding their store manager. The sales rep was great but not the store manager was rather rude. It took more than a month to receive the items and the stairnose I received was not the right fit. I messaged the store but the store manager blames on the installer and didn’t respond to my question of the stair nose not fitting correctly. In addition, I’m still waiting for the refund on the returned materials over 3 weeks.
Spencer was great! We went in to match a vinyl bullnose to stair case. He help us with finding the top stair overlay. Great job Spencer! Thanks for all your help!
I wish I would have listened to reviews before purchasing to have them installed. We bought nearly $8,000 worth of Duravana flooring and not even 6 months after it was installed it is already separating at the seams. I know because I was walking and heard and felt a click like it came undone and saw that crack. This has now happened in several areas of the house. It will only get worse from here. Duravana was suppose to be the most durable flooring, not a chance. I even bought some stair risers from them and they could not return them (in their return window) because of a lawsuit. Now I’m outside the return window. Also would like to add that probably 5 of our boxes were damaged upon opening. So many reasons to take your hard earned money elsewhere.
!!!DO NOT ORDER FLOORING HERE!!! 1. Missed Deadlines: The promised delivery dates were missed four times. 2. Terrible Quality: The flooring delivered was badly damaged—completely unusable. It was warped, broken, and not straight. It appears the warehouse storage conditions were poor, and some batches were even dated 2021 (!!!) 3. No Return or Exchange: The company refuses to take the flooring back or exchange it, citing “technical” reasons for their denial. Once again, this company delivered extremely poor-quality flooring and refuses to exchange it. I didn’t even ask for a refund—just an exchange. They’re breaking their own return policy and showing a completely uncooperative attitude. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.
Editing my two-star review down to a one star review: After a few months, multiple boards have begun delaminating at the corners and are popping up. They were installed to manufacture specifications, clearly just a cheap product. Original two star review: Very poor experience here. Despite ordering over $5000 of flooring, they nickeled and dimed me on a $100 charge to get additional stock from another store to complete my order. When I went to pick it up, there were many damaged cases (photos attached). The worker told me to try to use them for cut pieces but that they would take them back if I could not use them. Despite using what I could, they refused to take back unopened cases that were damaged upon receipt. I was happy with the undamaged product, but disappointed with the customer service. If you make a purchase, make sure to refuse any damaged product, because they will mislead you on your ability to return it.
