Lumber Liquidators

The prices were a bit higher than expected. When a busiess claims to be a direct supplier I expect better prices than big box stores. Also, the salesman seemed disinterested in selling. No prices were displayed. No distinguishing signs seperating vinyl, wood, laminate displays. It seems what little the salesman said could have been avoided with labels on the displays. I felt like I was irritating the salesman by asking the basics" what is this? How much is this?". The store needs better management. They need not to reinvent the wheel but simply to go to Floor decor and copy their layout and busiess model. Speaking of which i will prefer Floor decor over this busiess hands down.

David Martinez was awesome - he had the answers to our questions about the products and gave us the space to make our selection without pressure. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. The selection of high quality flooring at lumber liquidators is great and the prices can’t be beat.

For the last 4 months, we have been looking to replace the carpet in living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms. He was very patient and advised on best floor to repel water and scratches from pets. He even gave us a discount on top of their excellent price!! He referred us to Mr. Flores for installation and we could not be happier with the final result!! Best shop for wood floors and best price and best service! We highly recommend Lumber Liquidators!! Omar and team did an EXCELLENT job installing my LVP flooring. Not only does the floor look awesome, the team went above and beyond cutting and installing the quarter rounds! We have had the most amazing experience with Lumber Liquidators. David was super helpful. We returned to the store several times with my mother, in-laws and my husband to finally select the floors we wanted. David walked us through every option, provided free samples of the floors and followed up with us on the date agreed upon. He also provided great guidance on what would work best for the look and feel we were going for. He even helped with the stair noses and has been available/accessible as we complete the project. We ended up with Hickory floors as we are going for a coastal farmhouse feel in the house. The floors are great quality and look beautiful!
