We’ve used Lumen quite a few times over the past few years and anyways been great. Easy to schedule appointments, great communications, electricians always professional and friendly. Can’t recommend enough!

I cannot recommend Lumen too highly. We needed a light replaced above a stairwell, and despite it being a very busy time of year an engineer came and fixed it the day after we reported it. Superb service.

We've had lumen electrical in twice recently. Once to fix a light and once to fit a mirror with a light. Both times it has been Connor. Very prompt response, reasonable prices showed up exactly on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do. This is everything you want from an electrician. Highly recommend.

I am a returning customer. From start to finish, a seamless process. Lumen is a reliable and professional company. Once estimate is given and accepted, appointment offered. Good communication between Lumen and customer; reminder sent prior to appointment. On the day, electrician phoned to ask if he may come earlier. This was appreciated. Electrician was professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. Apparent that he enjoys his work. On completion, he ensured that I was happy with the work undertaken before tidying up. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lumen.
