Their communication was excellent and their knowledge is unmatched. They were attentive, professional, and truly listened to our ideas and vision The florals turned out absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Every detail, from the arrangements to the overall design, was thoughtfully done and perfectly executed on our wedding day. Delivered a full, bright, and beautiful bouquet to my husband at a what seemed perfect time on his birthday. The birthday greeting was hand-written on a beautiful card that looked like my own writing. It was great and easy to order with Lutz Flowers and I’m so happy I chose them for the special flower delivery. Thank you!

Found this florist online after multiple disappointing experiences with both local and national florists. Simply put, I have found the BEST and will never go anywhere else! I have ordered birthday and Mother’s Day arrangements and both were beautiful! They are Very Reasonably priced for the quality and care put into each arrangement. The birthday flowers originally were going to have birds of paradise as the ‘focal flower’. However, a few days before my mother’s birthday I received a call from the florist letting me know that the birds of paradise arrived looking poorly and she had already checked with other distributors with the same results. She worked with me over a 2 day period to design a beautiful arrangement that still had the ‘tropical feel’ of my original selection. That level of customer service combined with the beautiful arrangements is exactly why I will be a loyal patron. (the incl. photos don’t come close to showing the size and beauty of this arrangement)
