This company has been there for our dog on Riverside for 8 years and I knew I could always rely on them to take care of our pup just as we would. They’ve been there through COVID, job schedule changes, and our dog’s health changes. They’ve gone above and beyond over the years. I would recommend them every time to care for our pet.
I don’t know how many people realize that Luv My Pet has the most amazing crew of cat sitters! So I just want to express my gratitude for the countless times I’ve been out of town and was overjoyed to receive an update every day of my trip with photos of my cat Sugar and a description of how she was doing and everything that was done during the visit! It was always such a relief!! Cats are pretty low maintenance but topping off food/water and scooping litter still needs to be done, and it means so much to me that I can leave town knowing my crew is in such great hands! Here are just two of the many photos I’ve received from Luv My Pet cat sitters recently. Sugar is obviously not missing me one bit!
My Buddy is an extremely neurotic and challenging little guy and everyone at LuvMyPet handles him like a champ. All the walkers but especially, Hillary, has worked hard to earn Buddy’s love and cooperation. Everyone at LuvMyPet is reliable, flexible and true animal lovers. Given that Buddy is a difficult customer, I would highly recommend LuvMyPet to any pet owner.
We started using Luv My Pet when my German Shepherd was a puppy, and my dog had daytime walks for the past five years. The dog walkers were first Kim, and then Deb, and I had a great experience with both. And my dog loved them! I always felt confident that she was well cared for in my absence.
I have been using their services for almost 2 years to care for my cats while out of town. Jeff and his team are reliable and professional. The online portal is easy to use to request services, pay invoices, and get photos and updates for every visit that is completed in real time. Recently there was an issue with my door while I was out of town and this team went above and beyond to coordinate a locksmith while I was away. I can't believe how wonderful they are to work with and really appreciated the extra level of care. I have full trust that they are taking great care of my pets and highly recommend!
