I have been going to Elisa for about a year, and she has been awesome. She's easy to work with, so kind, and even brought me empanadas at Christmas time. I started bringing my daughters as well, and they love her. I expect we will be clients of Elisa's for a long time to come.

Stylist’s name was Tori I’ve been visiting Lux Salon since I first heard about them last year and it had always been a great experience. The stylists had always been friendly, respectful and professional. However I had a recent visit with one of my family members who I scheduled an appointment alongside with mine since I recommended this salon to her. We were greeted by the stylists and I informed them that I would be translating for my family member since she doesn’t speak English. The stylist immediately had a negative reaction to this and as I was trying to explain what type of haircut my family member wanted, she was visibly annoyed and was looking everywhere else and not actively listening to what I was trying to tell her. I had never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and this type of reaction at this salon. I was confused as to what the issue was since I was only telling her what you would tell a stylist when you arrive at a salon, on behalf of my family member. I was very disappointed with my visit and how me and my family member were treated. I’ll be going elsewhere to do my hair now.

Bearj was amazing! He took the time to tell me what my hair needed and did exactly what I wanted for my haircut. Especially as someone with curly hair, he made me feel very comfortable.

I went to LUX for the first time for a trim and to have my roots touched up. I'm a new mom and desperately needed some help. Elisa was so kind, friendly and it was truly a pleasure to see her. We chatted the whole time. She mixed my color to a perfect match. She trimmed my ends and didn't go crazy taking off more than needed. I'm so happy and thankful I found her and LUX. I definitely plan on coming back.
