We have a waterfall with a pond below in our backyard. We had someone come, look at it and quote us an outrages price to repair it, due to leaking which couldn't be located. In steps Ken and Jackie, thank heavens!! Along with their team (HUGE shout out to Jace!!), after much long, hard work, they find the leak and we're back up and running. A million thank yous to these wonderful folks. They are fantastic!!
We are very happy with our landscaping project! I would highly recommend Luxury Landscape to anyone looking to complete a landscaping project. We understood that there would be a wait to get the job done, but that’s to be expected when you’re booking a quality outfit. It has been a few weeks since installation and everything is doing well and prospering. The install crew did a great job and left everything looking great! The office staff was equally great, very professional and responsive to our questions. Overall, this was a top notch experience and we could not be happier with the end result.
I could not recommend Luxury Landscape highly enough! Jackie and Ken were INCREDIBLE GUIDES on our landscaping journey. I live far away from their team, but they still tackled the project from afar. They took the image of our home’s front landscape and totally reimagined it. From there, what initially felt like an overwhelming project, quickly became doable, broken down step-by-step. We contacted Jackie and Ken to help us make something out of the perpetual bare spot under the tree in our front yard. We had some ideas we shared with them, to say the design Jackie developed took it to another level is definitely an understatement. Stacked rock, dry riverbed, flagstone path, planting berms and the plantings are breathtaking. From the first contact we could tell we were working with professionals, as we got further along we found how nice they are. Their crew were all professional, respectful, hard working and fun. They finished the job in basically a day and a half. They left the work area absolutely spotless and except for the awesome landscape feature it was like they were never there. If you have any landscaping needs these are the people to contact. So a great landscape feature, very fair pricing all provided by the greatest group of people.
Thanks to Luxury Landscape, our dream is a reality. We had been wanting to tackle our outdoor living area for a couple of years. The project was going to require some major skills and tools, as well as materials. We also wanted to do as much ourselves as we possibly could. The task seemed overwhelming and we put it off. When I was googling landscaping sites for ideas, I came across Luxury Landscape. I fell in love with the idea of of "Design and Consult" with varying levels of help from a landscaper. After contacting Ken and Jackie, they visited our home and listened to all of our dreams and wishes for the outdoor area. Both Ken and Jackie asked great questions and made helpful suggestions. The next step was the drawing and supply list, which was exactly where I needed help. From there, the project got underway. It was a joint effort on both sides, with Luxury Landscape answering our many questions and advising us on next steps. It was great to have them onsite for laying the pavers and building the steps, and we were grateful for their excellent skills in this area. We are so thrilled with the final project and all the special touches, right down to polished Mexican Pebble Rock, wet-look sealer, sitting wall, and lighting. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your landscaping needs.
