I had a last minute situation and had to mail paperwork overnight for my immigration case. Arsen was very informative, helpful, and guided me to step by step on what to do. He was accommodating, ready for me in his office when I collected all the paperwork and made everything an easy process. He wasn’t only knowledgeable and professional but also extremely kind which took me by surprise since sometimes that is hard to come across. Someone who is genuinely trying to help. I would definitely recommend him for any immigration needs you may need.
