I have been attending this meditation center for the past two months and it has been a very meaningful experience for me. I initially started coming because I was looking for self-learning and personal growth. I also have rheumatoid arthritis and know how stress affects my body and overall health. Another important reason I began this journey is my son, who has ADHD. I truly believe that if I am mentally well and emotionally balanced, I can better support not only myself but also my family and others around me. The environment here is calm, welcoming and supportive. The practices have helped me become more aware of my thoughts, manage stress more effectively and feel more grounded in my daily life. While I know this is a continuous journey, I already feel more clarity and inner peace since starting. I would especially like to thank Clare for her support, guidance and kindness. Its been 4 months since I joined Lyndhurst Meditation after going through depression and trying diverse types of therapy, tests, medicines, psychology and such. Even after 5 years of moving on from depression and moving in with my life, I used to have waves of emotions coming and going from my body and it was very hard to handle and understand what was going on. I wanted to join Lyndhurst meditation to learn to calm myself. The method of Letting go that Claire explained and taught to me helped me understand our lives from completely different perspective. It’s like having a new set of eyes or lens to look back at your life and understand who you truly are and who you aren’t. Things started getting clearer about the life I lived as I started gaining new understandings. It’s 4 months and I know that I have much to let go. Everyday I go to meditation it completely calms me down and I feel fresh for next day. Please give it a try, its life changing 🫶🏼
