If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to see if we could reserve a canopy and I was immediately bombarded with ridiculous service. Asking me questions very aggressively. I get you need to know more information, but there are different ways you can ask. They must not want my service and they definitely wont be getting it from me.

There pricing and same day service is why I choose them but this time I felt uneasy and uncomfortable almost as I was being racially targeted. I've know them to make copies of your ID but she took pictures of my car and license plate. Like you have all my personal information and I all I paid was 24 Dollars. ans left a cash deposit. I feel so violated.

I called M&M rental two weeks ago because the last party rental place canceled on me last minute. I was stressed out until I spoke with Jessica. I explained my situation with her and she immediately helped me with what I needed. She did not hesitate to take the stress off my shoulders and ensure that I had everything I needed for my event. Jessica went the extra mile and offered me the margarita machine. She promised me the guest would love it. And she was right. Everyone was talking about it all night. The delivery guys were on time and everything went as planned. Thank you so much, Jessica. You were very professional, kind, and helpful. The admin that helped me were extremely professional and accommodating to my tight schedule. My order was complete and the drivers were early which is always a good thing in the event business. They were fast and helpful and also really great to coordinate with. I will definitely be using them every time we are down here in Long Beach.

The older lady that work there has horrible customer service, as I was picking up the one table I rented which was an salad bar table, she harassed me about being careful don't break it, first she said the table was $300 if I break it then she said a $1,000 if I break I asked her to please not to add stress to my happy party day and I assured her I do this very often I'm very careful with other people stuff, she then started telling my husband how to load it in his truck lol and he is a mover professionally( she sound dumb) telling me if we break it she has my debit card. If I could give a zero I would, if I had other options with a salad bar that day, trust me I would had left that table there for sure, but i really did need it and when I returned it, so i suffered her torture in order to use it that day. I returned it unbroken the following day. I advised her of her rudeness and she basically thought she was right.. The old lady there should give good vibes not stress vibes
